Return Policy


An item may be returned or exchanged for in store credit as long as it is within 14 days of the receipt that is emailed out. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer.  It must also be in the original packaging and have tags attached (if applicable).  Please include the name you used when you placed the order on all returns and you will receive in store credit only. 

We do not offer refunds, unless there is an issue on our part or the item arrived damaged. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse. Please contact us at to start a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return regular priced items for in store credit.  Unfortunately any sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be used for credit or returned. Maximum of 3 returns per month. Should you have sizing questions, we are happy to help! Please email us should you have a sizing question.

Return Shipping Fee 
All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Flat Rate Shipping 
All orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.50 for orders $0.00 - $74.99. This shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be refunded if you return any item(s). 

Free Shipping 
All orders over $75 ship for free.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

Arrival Time

After you place an order it will be processed within 24 hours unless your order is placed after 5PM MST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday and/or Holidays, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-14 business days. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible,  therefore, items may ship separately (at no additional cost to you).

Kiss My Britches Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped/delivered.
